FAQs
We hear these a lot. So, we figured we'd put the answers right here to save everyone some time.
1. How many bathrooms do I need for my event?
The annoying (but true) answer is, it depends. Are you serving alcohol? Will your guests be there all at once like a wedding or in and out like an all-day festival? This is why we give custom quotes for every rental. Give us a call and we'll talk it out.
2. What kind of power and water do your trailers need?
Our trailers require a 110 volt 20 amp outlet. These are the ones where one of the plug holes looks like a T. If you don't have a 20 amp outlet, we can bring a generator.

For water, we need a hose bib within 120 feet of the trailer. If you don't have that, don't sweat. We can fill the tanks on the trailer.
3. How far in advance should I book a restroom trailer?
Long story short: Soon (like now). Especially for events in peak times like summer and major holidays. We regularly get bookings a year or two in advance. If planning's never been your thing, try to give us at least 3 months. But here's a little secret, we bend over backwards to make our customers happy so give us a call any time.
4. How are restroom trailers different than porta potties?
How is a Toyota Camry different than a Ferrari 458 Speciale? Same thing here. They both do the job, but one's a whole lot more enjoyable. Restroom trailers have flushing toilets, running water, air conditioning and heat, lights, mirrors, and we stock ours with automatic soap dispensers, lotion, and a whole host of other useful amenities. Porta potties have . . . not much.

Oh, and restroom trailers also look a whole lot better at your event.
5. When will my trailer be delivered?
We typically deliver the morning of or day before an event and pick up 24–48 hours after the event. That said, we're obsessed with delighting our customers so we'll do whatever you need. We delivered 30 minutes before a party once so the other vendors had enough room to haul their stuff in.
6. Do I have to restock and clean the bathrooms during my event?
Nope. We are the only portable toilet company in town that sends a professional attendant standard with every rental. They'll keep your bathrooms super clean and well-stocked during your entire event. Everyone else will charge you at least $50 an hour for this. They think we're crazy for doing this. But we want every customer to have a 5-star experience.
7. Are there places a luxury portable restroom won't work?
Occasionally, we encounter narrow and curvy driveways that present a challenge. But to date, we have made every situation work. It may have required some creative thinking and some 20-point turns, but we got it done. When in doubt, we'll bring the trailer over and see if it fits before you pay.
8. Do you have any hidden fees?
Heck no! Renting with Royal Flush is like buying a first class airplane ticket. Everything's included. We don't charge delivery fees, pickup fees, attendant fees, or flushing fees (OK, nobody charges those). When we send you a quote, you'll see one number and that's what you'll pay.
9. Are there requirements for the placement of restroom trailers?
Yes, restroom trailers require a level surface for proper placement and operation. Ideally, we'll have flat and level ground (or even better, asphalt or concrete). That said, we do bring chocks and risers to be prepared for all situations. We'll cover all of this before you book so there are no surprises.
10. What types of restroom trailers do you have for rent?
We've got 2, 3, and 4-stall restroom trailers. All with individual, unisex rooms. But we have lots of friends in this game so we can get a hold of whatever size trailers your event needs and they'll be the exact same quality as those in our fleet. If you want to experience the Royal Flush difference and we don't have the right trailer for your event, we'll find it.
