GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.
You acknowledge that prior to taking the Equipment, you have examined it,
and are aware that it is in good condition. It is your responsibility to return the equipment to us in the same condition.

In the event that said equipment is not functioning properly, you shall notify A Royal Flush, Inc. promptly, and allow reasonable time in which to have necessary repairs and adjustments made, but all repairs or adjustments required due to neglect or fault of Customer or work-men, or operators of Customer shall be paid for by, and shall be at the cost and expense of Customer, including graffiti.

2.
You agree to pay all invoices arising out of the rental charges for the
equipment and special services herein on the tenth day of the first month, following the date of the invoice.

3.
You agree to exercise reasonable care in the use and handling of the
equipment and will be responsible any damages to the equipment over normal wear and tear. You are assuming responsibility for the replacement cost of the equipment if complete loss occurs, including fire and theft.

4.
You may cancel this order, reduce quantities, revise specifications, or extend
schedules only by mutual agreement with A Royal Flush, Inc.

5.
Optional damage waiver (Additional Cost) covers complete loss of unit(s) due
to vandalism, fire and normal wear and tear.

6.
Payment for scheduled service is due within 10 days of invoice date. Invoices
for scheduled weekly service are billed each 28 days. Payment for one-time Special Events is due no later than the date of the first equipment delivery unless other payment arrangements have been made with A Royal Flush, Inc.

A Royal Flush, Inc. reserves the right to apply interest charges to any balance
older than 30 days at the annual interest rate of 18%. It is also agreed, that in the event of a default in payment for a period greater than 60 days1 and said account, is referred to an attorney, or collection agency for collection, you agree to pay reasonable attorney fees; and collection cost, in addition to the balance due.

7.
State health codes require one (1) unit for ten (10) workers, for a forty (40)
hour work week. Any additional employees, subcontractors, or work hours will result in unsanitary conditions.

8.
The Term of this Agreement shall be the length of the Project or Special Event
or as otherwise stated on the front of this Agreement.
